I am becoming increasingly hooked on this thing. I find that i am watching two or three simultaneously…It’s so freakin’ great!

I’m now wishing i was Japanese, sooo crazy huh? I find myself uttering some Japanese sayings, while the rest of my family look to me in disbelief…!


hahahahahaha.

What brought this on? I hear you ask…

DEATH NOTE

(Fave Character has to be L, if you watch it, you’ll know why!)

I swear i almost failed my AS exams because of this…(i said almost!!!).

I found my brother watching it one night, and when i asked what it was about, he went into such detail explaining the concept and characters.

I thought it sounded cool, the idea of writing someone’s name in a book to kill them.

Erm, i think i’m getting too gory!

Anyhoo that’s when it started…i watched all the episodes in THREE days, all thirty odd somethings…that’s how hooked i was!

I went on to other animes and so far i’ve enjoyed (and in some cases, still enjoying) the following:

Code Geass
the protagonist (Lellouch) in this is a bit like the one in Death note (Light)

Naruto

Bleach
…this is BiiiiiG!

Reborn!
excruciatingly FUNNY!


Michiko to Hatchin

    Watched the death note movie a few weeks ago..rather interesting. My favourite character is L too! lol 🙂

    OMG! i be finding myself getting into animes too! l0l i thought it was a bit weird but i started getting into them , and i have a lot of respect for japanese culture! :]

    I used to be all about anime but now I love manga!!!!!

    I have not seen Death Note.
    I cried watching Code Geass (It’s sooo gooooood!).
    I cried watching Naruto. (The chapters are taking too long to distributed here in the U.S. so I’m slowly losing interest).
    I didn’t like Bleach.
    I didn’t like Reborn.
    I started watching Michiko to Hatchin, got so far, but then fell off of it.

    I love Skip Beat!!!! Now that is a great anime and manga!!!!

    My favorites from August 2010 were:
    1. Skip Beat! <– Def number one the rest are up for grabs as to which spot number they hold.

    12. Avatar: The Last Airbender (I know it’s not anime, but it’s a fav so I put it on the list) : )
