There are a few things that have been sitting pretty on my wishlist for a while now, and I used the opportunity while picking up the shadows I had hit the pan on (Carbon & Amber Lights), to finally purchase some of them.
I made the observation when photographing my purchases that I bought mostly Black things, hence the title of the post, Lol… I’m such a geek!
I picked up Blacktrack (Fluidline), Smolder (Eye Kohl), the brushes 266 and 214, oh and a 4 pan pro pallette to keep in my makeup bag!
Just thought I’d share! 🙂

    Fluidline is simply amazing! However when I run out I am planning to try out the Clinique one as I’ve heard its easier to work with. That black palette looks so chic! I have smoulder too and its the blackest black but smudges so bad on me 🙁

    I must tell you that I absolutely love your blog. This is the first time that I’m commenting, but I’ve been an long time reader.

    I have a favor to ask…
    I’m attending a wedding in 2 weeks and I need a little bit of makeup advice. The dress is a frosted violet color and I was wondering what Mac eyeshadows and blush do you think would go nicely with that?

    @B&T: Thank you! Some “Trax” (Frosty lilac/violet) on the lid, and perhaps “Shadowy Lady” (Matt Dark Purple) in the crease and outer corners and Plum Foolery (Plummy Pink) on your cheeks ought to do it! 🙂
