DIY Choker Blog

Hey guys!! Here’s my latest DIY project, these easy peasy chokers! I’m loving the trend! It’s edgy and adds a nice flair to any outfit! I especially like to wear them with tube tops and spaghetti straps á la the 90s! I’m really digging a lot of the trends now that are inspired by that iconic time in fashion and style! I hope you enjoy the DIY video, and give it a go! x

You always know how to win me over Shirley. I was skeptical about the whole Choker trend, but you really know how to make anything classy. I loved the tutorial, making these with my friends this weekend. <3

Love the velcro idea, I also love to DIY my chokers and I’ve made a few navy and black lace ones. The black ones with kind of a corset lace-up front. I was looking for ways to secure it without having to remove the laces and your velcro idea is GOLD! Going out to buy some velcro tomorrow. p.s. another idea is a braided choker, you can try 3-,4- or even 5 stranded braids, those also look pretty awesome.

Such a cool idea! I love how easy this is and you can use fabrics that you already have around the house.
